Programme details

Our in-person programme is designed to give students an initial insight into law firm life. Amongst other activities, this could include the opportunity to:
- network with a wide variety of colleagues from across the firm’s legal and business services sectors, learning about their own journeys and personal insights into their profession, with the opportunity to ask your own questions.
- develop your CV and interview skills with support from our HR team.
- experience the day to day life of a law firm professional, picking up new skills along the way.
- hear from colleagues about alternative routes into the legal sector, such as Solicitor Apprenticeships and CiLEX.
- engage in an project that challenges your teamwork and legal research skills; and
- develop your presentation, public speaking and personal branding skills.

When does it happen?
The programme is held annually in July. In 2024, the dates are 15th-18th July.

Who can apply?
This programme is for students in England aged 16-18 years old and in Years 12 or 13 at the time of the programme.
To apply, you must satisfy PRIME’s eligibility criteria.

How many spaces are there?
There are 6 places each year.

On our six year Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship programme you can become a qualified solicitor by completing a law degree and passing the Solicitors Qualifying Exams, with Broadfield covering all of your tuition and assessment fees. You can find more information here.
