Programme details
What work experience do we offer?
ACCESS is our bespoke, award-winning, two-year development programme for year 12 or equivalent students. The programme takes place at our London office.
This pioneering programme consists of ten different components, each focused around specific core areas of your personal and professional development and finishing with the opportunity to be assessed for our SPARK programme once you're at university and potentially interview for a Training Contract.
The programme consists of paid and unpaid elements, and we look very carefully at the financial support we provide to ensure that ACCESS is accessible for all. For anyone needing additional financial support we have confidential mechanisms in place to further understand your needs and to discuss appropriate provision.
Who can apply?
Anyone in Year 12 (England and Wales)/S5 (Scotland)/Lower Sixth (Northern Ireland) who match at least two of PRIME's eligibility criteria.
How many spaces are there?
50 per intake
When does it happen?
The 2025 programme will start with a launch event on 23 July 2025. The first week of paid work experience will start on 4 August 2025.
Who do I need to contact?
Applications are now open and will close on 3 March 2025 at 23:59.
Video interviews will take place w.c. 14 April 2025 and w.c. 21 April 2025.
