Cooley partners with the Pathways to Law programme to offer four work experience places. You must be registered with the Pathways to Law programme to be considered.
The work experience that we offer is designed to give you insight into what being a business lawyer is all about, a taste of some of the day to day tasks lawyers do as well as provide you with opportunities to experience the unique culture of our firm.
The work experience programme will run for a minimum of four days, it is spent doing real-life tasks, attending skills development sessions and connecting with a range of Cooley people both through work and social time. There is plenty of contact with Cooley trainees and lots of time to ask questions.
Who can apply?
Anyone already on the Pathways to Law programme can express interest in Cooley to their Pathways coordinator. The coordinator will help facilitate their placement at Cooley.
How many spaces are there?
We take on four students for our work experience week through the Pathways to Law programme.
