Working in-house with us, you’ll be fully integrated into the legal team and involved in a wide variety of real, meaningful work that supports the business directly. Your experience will span commercial matters, debt recovery, audit, corporate work, compliance and AI-related business/legal issues, giving you broad exposure to the role of an in-house lawyer and importance of really knowing your client.

Depending on when you join, you’ll also contribute to live projects that will be used by the business, allowing you to see the impact of your work in practice.

Alongside this, we support your professional development through CV reviews and practice interviews, helping you build confidence and prepare for future legal roles. We hope you will develop the key skills needed for an in-house career, with colleagues across the organisation as your “clients”.
