Where are we?
We have a brand new London office; 70 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BE.
Who can apply?
The programme is open nationally to year 12 students who meet the PRIME eligibility criteria. You can apply here.
When does the placement take place?
The work experience will commence on Monday 18 July 2022 and ends on Friday 22 July 2022. The working hours will be 9:30am-5:00pm with a one hour lunch break. There will be an additional week of work experience in collaboration with the Social Mobility Business Partnership. Dates for this to be confirmed soon.
What work experience do we offer?
You will get the chance to meet with lawyers and support staff to see the different kinds of work they do. You will attend workshops that will focus on your own career development such as how to put together a CV and diverse career paths. You will have the opportunity to get some hands-on work experience by assisting employees with real projects they are working on.
The additional week in August will further allow you to enhance your employability skills and learn more about various roles available to you in London.
This is an opportunity for you to explore different career paths inside and outside of the legal environment and develop key skills which you can use to pursue your chosen profession.
