Programme details

This paid programme provides first-hand insight into life within law and the opportunity to learn about the variety of roles within the legal profession.

Our scheme offers aspiring lawyers the opportunity to spend five days in our London office for work experience. Packed with informative workshops, discussions and interactive sessions, you will meet and work with Weil lawyers and business services professionals to give you a taste of what it is like to work at an elite global law firm. It is aimed specifically at students who have just finished Year 12 and are entering their final year of A-level’s so that students can learn about the different routes into the legal profession including;
▪ The training contract process and Weil’s training contract programme
▪ The Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship qualification, an opportunity to ‘earn while you learn’ and secure a six-year placement at a law firm to qualify as a solicitor

Students in Year 12 (entering Year 13 in September 2024) that meet PRIME's eligibility criteria.
