Chambers and Partners Senior Research Analyst and Social Mobility Ambassador, Arjan Singh Chauhan, spoke with PRIME Board member Molly Jane Lewis. They discussed her journey into the legal profession, the importance of social mobility, and what law firms can do to increase social mobility within the profession. She also sheds a light on the realities of being socially mobile such as the feelings of imposter syndrome and the isolation that may occur once you are socially mobile.
Molly won the ‘Highly Commended and Gold Award’ of the Rising Start category at the UK Social Mobility Awards in 2022. Since then, Molly continues to be active on a range of initiatives, including being one of our Board members.
