As a charity dedicated to social mobility, we have been focussing on increasing our impact. To ensure that we are helping the young people who need it most we have looked at our criteria and made them consistent across all member firms.
To ensure that we have clarity about what we aim to achieve, we have developed a ‘Theory of Change’ to map out the path we need to take to achieve our ultimate aim of “increasing socio-economic diversity across the legal sector”. We will be using this to track our impact against.
With a renewed focus on data collection and impact measurement, we have been working with the Bridge Group to design and introduce an evaluation framework that will enable us to monitor the impact of our collective efforts and we will be launching this in the near future.
