Toni Kent opened our conference by drawing on her own life experiences, before we heard from Nicholas Cheffings, Executive Chair, PRIME.

Patricia Christias, Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft and Sarah Macdonald, Chief Legal Officer at KFC, explored the client perspective on social mobility and what they expect from their panel law firms.

Our panel discussed the past, present and future of social mobility, identifying challenges and opportunities for law firms.

I.Stephanie Boyce, President of The Law Society, leads us into the breakout session by discussing the importance of “Ensuring the sector, that we all work in, can become more diverse, more fair, and more representative.”

Closing Plenary

Delegates heard from Sian Hughes, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at The Solicitors Regulation Authority and then Nicholas Cheffings, Executive Chair, PRIME, brought the conference to a close.
