A real and lasting impact.
We’re proud to launch our latest Impact Report, highlighting the continuing commitment of our members to social mobility.
Through their commitment, 1,570 school-aged students took part in work experience across 19 locations nationwide. The number of members paying students has increased year on year since 2021, helping to remove financial barriers and make these opportunities more accessible.
Our legal insight workshops reached a further 1,391 students, aged 12-14, with 92% now believing that anyone can pursue a career in law regardless of background, and 90% reporting greater awareness of the different routes into the profession.
And the impact is lasting. Since we began tracking outcomes in 2021, we have been informed of 224 former PRIME students who have secured early career opportunities within member firms.
Thank you to all our members who work tirelessly to ensure that the students who are given opportunities through PRIME are those most in need of support and are introduced to a wider spectrum of opportunities in the legal profession.
